Mike Crooks
has been a trainer for over 30 years. He competed very successfully in
both the hunters and the jumpers, up through the Grand Prix level for
many years. He has much experience as a trainer as he has coached
everything from equitation kids and hunter riders through clients
competing at the Grand Prix level. Evergreen has been in Mike's family

attend Seattle University. She has been here at Evergreen since she and
Mike met in 1996. Jennifer currently rides and shows everything from

Jenna Bolton
has been Stella Farm's working student for the past three years. She
started riding in the EEC riding school in 1997. Since then she has
taken advantage of most of the programs that EEC has to offer, from the
riding school, to the local show program and then to showing all over
the west coast. |

Jocelyn Holmes
grew up in Sammamish, WA and has
been riding since she was 9 years old. As a junior, Jocelyn rode and
showed in the hunter and equitation divisions before attending the
University of Findlay, located in Findlay, OH, in 2005. She graduated
in May 2007 with an Associates degree in English Equestrian Studies. At
Findlay, Jocelyn improved upon her hunter skills, as well as learning
about jumpers and breaking out young horses to ride. Her experience in
the horse world thus far has helped her form the belief that strong
basics and attention to the well-being of the horse are what make
successful riders and passes this belief onto her students. |

Chelsea Martin
has been riding at Evergreen Equestrian Center
for the majority of her riding career (since '96!).
She learned how to ride in the EEC riding school and, before she left
for college, was briefly introduced into the H/J rated show world. After
a two-year stint at Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, and a full
semester on their championship intercollegiate Equitation team, she has
returned as a working student for the riding school and groom for Full
Circle
Farm. Chelsea has strong beliefs in good equitation and specializes in a
quiet ride. She enjoys the Hunter and Equitation divisions, and is
currently working her way up to the A/A Hunters. |
